sister allah can not be derived from from el ilaah, it it gramatically incorrect, the arabs canot remove a letter to make it to allah, they do not do this to there grammer
ALLAH is Unique name, its the name that ibrahim gave to the arabs to worship allah alone, it is the name of the creater, it his personal name, It is not arabic name or hebrew or english etc. It is the name of the creater and all the messenger knew name as ALLAH.
