it's sad, but these types of killings are generally a result of office politics!

There's no reason we should have to "expect" something like this to happen every time we have a round of layoffs. My dad has been laid off many times and he's certainly never shot anyone for it.
We should be making sure that people who get laid off have stronger support systems to help them while they're in between jobs, so they don'f fall into this kind of desperation. Don't just sit by and accept it as a "very true reality."
If you're not a part of the solution, you're part of the problem!

What do you all expect? The guy got laid off and probably had no money saved up to financially support himself. Don't ever touch a man's money!!!! The worse the economy gets, the more this will probably happen. Expect it!!! I'm sorry to say it but it's a VERY TRUE REALITY!!!
