This question is a great one, and I'm not sure that you will enjoy the answer, but I want to give it to you straight because that's the only way I know how!

Working under 40 hours a week and selling real estate is becoming more difficult today than it used to be. But when it boils down to it, you don't have to depend on a transaction to go through to feed your family, so you may be less motivated to complete a transaction.

So with that said, if you want to make your part time real estate career work, this is what I would do...

In order to execute and be profitable in real estate as your career, then I recommend you find a partner to sell with.
