if he were really trying to prevent his kid from getting hit, he'd hold her closer and away from the ball and shield her with his body. as for the mom, she's actually furious. being asian, like i am, our faces can be inscrutable but i KNOW he's so going to be smacked down. besides, she can't hit him because she has a sleeping baby. look at her eyes and the way she was speaking to the guy. the guy knows he;'s going to be in major trouble. and everyone knows that, including the commentators.
