These voice overs are only in the game if you use the Oblivion Lost -mod.

Which I would NOT recommend for anyone playing the game for the first time. Nor second really.

Get the AMK1.4 mod instead from the somethingfornobody(.)com 's STALKER mod-guides, it's that mod where OL stole the few of its good elements from.

Original game has way superior russian "chanting".

And in general OL mod is a big clusterfuck of an mod.
