I would say a GBB, but if you look at the TM M4 Sopmod you can notice the blowback and it looks like it actually has kick. Not to mention that an EBB, since it uses batteries doesn't require you to spend the extra money on the gas. All in all, my choice would be like this:

Can you shoot someone with a real rifle (guns are artillery). No, you can't.  Airsoft is used to train people on how to use the real steel versions, as well as for sports (such as milsim, which can also be considered training) or just if you want a replica of a certain firearm.

And pay $30 for 20 bullets? you would save more with airsoft. Plus, airsoft is a sport. You sure as hell can't go running aound with a real M4A1 and shoot people without ending up dead or in jail.
