do alot of studios and companies have non pointe students (say pre-pointe) wear ballet slippers with ribbons? Personally I think its great (understanding this girl is adult or at least old enough for pointe) to do that lets the girls learn how to tie their ribbons. and all the ballerinas I've watched who have slippers with ribbons look cleaner performing.

no. She has on split sole shoes with ribbons sewn on. Looks like pointe shoes but not.
