The difference is Christians dont take their religion seriously when a religious leader says something in Europe we laugh but when an Ayatollah gives orders they fucking do it.

do "peaceful" non-Muslims understand the concept of putting scripture in context?
i think these non-Muslims are making a fool out of themselves...

No there are not millions of interpretations of texts. People can be unbelievably stupid.

@Checkpoint360 Mohamed(pbuh) is the most well documented human being to have ever lived on earth, if you actually study on not listen to others you will agree that he was known as the most trustworthy amongst the arabs of that time, islam ruled the world up until the late 1800's/early 1900's, islam is the only religion that can cure STD's, can cure homosexuallity, can cure racism, islam is the solution to the current atheist worlds problems all you gotta do is read.

LOL Conquered.... errrrrrr I mean liberated...

Lets face it Islam has the hardest job in the world right now, convincing it's good will...

@Checkpoint360 Thank you. I am an ex-muslim, and I've done a lot of research into Islam. I wanted to make a comment, but you took the words right out of my mouth. The people on the show are just spinning the issue and are being far too PC. That black guy was the only one making any real sense. Yes, ISLAM HAS A PROBLEM. They need to shut up and face the music - the religion is violent & has for too long intimidated its OWN people from rejecting or criticising those beliefs for fear of execution!
Douglas Murray on top form as ever. We all know what the penalty for apostasy is , and even the 'moderates' pussyfoot around this, and subscribe to this teaching.
I couldn't (well in fact I could) believe that guy comparing the CSC to the fascists stirring up racial tension in cable street, but what can you expect from this blinkered fools.

afterlife.
Mohammed on the other hand was a conquerer. His voice, in his head, told him he is to bring Islam to the entire world. Either by forcing choice, or death, period. And that is very clear. These contextual nonsense arguments are a hijacking of legitimate scholarly research where studying context was to find equivocation in certain words and phrases. Islam was to be brought to the world by first, peace and if conversion was turned down then death. And thats seen throughout the Quran.
