@XCisAwesome What disrespect??!?!? Viren DID kick Pre's ass. EASILY.
-
@VirenKickedPresAss Based on the name of your youtube account, you seem like such an arrogant fuck. Obviously, anyone who in anyway disrespects one of America's most idolized distance runners will arouse conflict. The fact that you have probably accomplished nothing in your life and sure as hell haven't had as much success as the American runners that you insult shows that the only thing you care about is trolling any american running video you see and starting up conflict. You are pathetic.

"The boy from Kenya" ... certainly a different time back in 64!

@fosbury68 In the FOTtrack docomentary made in 1995 bill dellinger's direct quote"pre was by far the best runner this country has ever seen". pre was great long before he was track endorser for nike. never seen this footage before. i had only read about 64 5k. dellinger takes 3rd the same way ian stewart took 3rd from pre in 72games. last 30 yard sprint takes bronze.

West Milton born and raised. That was a Bulldog crossing that line with the Gold. This town has done very little in it's 200 plus years in existance but we can all say that we lived in the shadow of an Olympic Gold Medalist. He set the tone for all kids that attended Milton-Union high school over the years. When we won in Football, Basketball and yes Track it was because of the standard that Bob Schul set in '64. God Bless you Bob and GO DOGS!!!

So I was sitting in track practice and this older guy came up and ask me when our next meet was. I talked with him for a couple minutes and I introduced myself. He was like, I'm Bob Schull, I won gold in the 1964 Olympics. My jaw hit the floor. So I talked to him for a while. Apparently he ran a 10k when he was 50 in 33 something. At that pace he would have beat me by a minute in a race to the 5k mark... I am honored to have talked with him.

@springsteel333 He must be your boyfriend, or it is another alias of yours.

@VirenKissedYiftersAss....he means that mills and Schul were the last to win gold at the 5 and 10, 000
-
@ebf1957 Then, why did you say that Mills and Schul were the last to win American gold?
