In Will it Break Episode 1, Autodesk Technical Evangelist Rob Cohee used FEA to determine if a weldment is strong enough. Here, Rob uses Dynamic Motion Simulation to apply forces to moving components and determine the peak load applied to them. From those results determine if a part is strong enough with FEA.

@norwegianwiking inventor is actually easy to learn but using it for personal using is very hard. u need months to using and trying b4 u start using for urself.

Hi Rob! Excellent tutorial like always! Can you do a real world tutorial like this but more in depth? I was watching yesterday a tutorial from Autodesk about FEA in Autodesk Inventor. It was about convergence and iterations with a 30 minutes duration. I know that you have a lot of work but you are one of the best teachers of CAD and analysis. I always have the abstinence syndrome after watching 5 minutes or less. Please more time for the tutorials!!!!! ;) And a little bit slower presentation
