  • Seeing as Bowie is also on the Moulin Rouge! soundtrack, I don't think he has a problem with them using this song.

  • I love this song too but everybody gave props to Beck but forgot about Timbaland who did the music ... together they made it great

  • I know people are entitled to their own opinions and all that....but this version...is so much better than the original, I mean I love david bowie, I love a lot of his music....but Diamond Dogs just isn't a good song. This on the other hand? this is amazing.

It's more fitting to the lyrics, it's clean, crisp. Beck adds a tone to it with his strangely indifferent voice. It has a very different feel which I think makes this song a remarkable example of music, and re-done music in particular.

  • I hate it when people come on here to listen to a cover then immediately dismiss it, citing that the original is 1000x better. Wow, is it really SO horrible to appreciate both for different (or perhaps, gasp, even SIMILAR) reasons? I enjoy both, and that's that. Shoot me.

  • @HTprods shit did I type that XD I meant disrespect.

  • @garethmanEXE No respect to David Bowe? He wrote the bloody song. His original will always be the definitive one.

  • I love beck and Bowie so much, this is a great cover like the original song is too (:

  • No where even CLOSE to as good as the original!!

  • superb
