The transition from education to finding work in the dance sector can be brutal. Dancing used to be fun, it used to be every day, rehearsals used to consume your time, your body used to be your concentration, being part of creativity used to be easy. The rejections in rehearsals and applications weren´t what you expected. Theres a distinct feeling that time is running out. As you get older, slower, stiffer, bigger, the fear sets in that a life of data entry and daydreaming in staff toilets is closer than you ever imagined it would be. You wake up one day and you´ve abandoned everything you´ve learnt. You want more than anything to move, but you´ve forgotton how. Youve forgotton how to dance.

Choreography by Natalia Brownlie.

Soundtrack music by Amon Tobin
