  • They don't sound as clear or as loud as full size Desktop HDDs, try it with some Desktop HDD's

  • yeh, the amp i was using was pretty average, as was the mobile phone i used to record them.

  • ok, BTW, what 2 terminals do you connect the wires to?? I see like 4 or 5 wires

  • pretty much find the 2 wires from the coil on the arm. i traced them to the plug for the pcb and soldered there.

  • cool, thanks,, is it a bad idea for me to use my $340 Sony HiFi stereo for this? will it overload or anything?
