Oct. 6, 2009: Journalism Director's Forum: Global Reporting in a Changing Economy
Join Journalism School director Geneva Overholser for a discussion with journalists from the Edward R. Murrow Program for Journalists. They will discuss the challenges of international reporting in the wake of economic cutbacks, and signs of waning media interest in global issues. The group consists of reporters, editors and news directors representing more than a dozen Asian countries. The Murrow program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.
