i have a lvl 51 ranger and i play in a private server.
i noticed that my attack speed is lower than your and i have full set lvl 50 Elder, what can be the problem?

nothing impressive. Some skills can crit with crit :D and that will be around 6-6.5 with good items

it was explosive arrow, speed of wind, sleep, silence and bestial fury;
but now i changed speed of the wind to holy arrow + nature resolve
