  • I came to discover contemporary music with the fully electronic version of this - it was an incredibly haunting soundtrack to everything James Herbert had written on Rats by that time ("Rats", "Lair" & one more, but I had had enough of this - he the one who also wrote "The Fog") - you really sensed the critters in your room. Without the music, the books are actually quite poor!

    To my taste, this version is too convoluted or cluttered, hectical. Interesting upload!

  • I knew about the existence of this other version, but I had never listened to it...

    I liked it much more than the just electronic one.

    Why is it so much underrated?
