Find a comfortable, quite place that no one can disturb you, sit on a chair with back and head support, or just lying down in bed or sofa, depends on your wish, just let yourself feel comfortable.
Better don't wear any accessory, if you have glasses, watch or rings, take them off. Wear comfortable loose clothing. If you have belt, release it. Let your body feel free.
1. Close your eyes. Try to relax. Have deep breath... slowly... again... and again, to make yourself more relax.....
2. Concentrate on your breathing.
Breath in.... breath Out............
Breath in.... breath Out......
Breath in.... When you breath, you imagine that you are breathing in all the goodness of earth, from the sky, from the grass, from the sea, from the forest... from the trees and flowers...
so beautiful.... So peaceful....
Breath in.... Out......
Breath in.... breath Out... When you breath out, you feel that you are expressing all the bad emotions, all the stresses, all the sickness of your body... all the bad things are out, they are out of your body now...
Breath.... The good things are coming in....... breath Out...... the bad things has been expressed and released.....
3. Each time when you breath, you feel more and more relax, you feel more and more peaceful.... You feel so clam... so peaceful...
You feel So good.....You feel the earth is So beautiful.... you feel your body is so light, you are so relax. relax... so relax...
you are going deeper to your mind, deeper and deeper....
4. Relax your muscles. Relax the muscles of your cheek and jaw... they don't need to be tight now... Relax the muscles of your shoulder, it is so light now... like an little fairy dancing up there... Relax the muscles of your arms and fingers...they don't need to hold anything now.... completely relax... relax...
5. Relax the muscles of your body and back, your lung can breath so smoothly... relax the muscles of your bottoms... relax the muscles of your legs and toes...relax your whole body... relax...and relax.....
5. Now, you are in a completely relax state.... It is so peaceful... so beautiful....

6. Focus on my voice (or your own voice)... now, none of the noise can stop you... none of the external thinking can disturb you, all the sounds will only help you to go into a more deeper state.... More Relax.... More Peaceful....more Beautiful... place.....
7. Now, I start to count from 1 to 10... with each number up, you will go more deeper level, I will bring you to a wonderful place....
8. 1... 2.... 3... more deeper... 4... 5.... 6.... More relax and peaceful.... So deep.... So deep... 7, 8.... You feel so clam... 9.... we are Almost there... 10....
9. You are now in a wonderful garden... there are so many beautiful flowers and tree... a white light is at the top of your head, it is so powerful, so powerful that can bring you all goodness....
10. Imagine that....The light is going through your head... it's so warm... so peaceful....it goes into your blood and nerves, relax your pressure.... from your head, to your neck, from your body... to your arms... your whole body....if you feel which part is uncomfortable, let it stay longer, let it cure you... you feel so good.... So peaceful....so clam....
When you open your eyes, you will feel much better... you will feel so great, so healthy, so much different from before...so good so beautiful, so great....
11. The light is going thought your whole body...it cures your body... .... And then it goes into to you heart... and cures your heart.......
12. From your heart, the light is covering your whole body, to protect you.... To cure you..... No one can hurt you now....
13. You feel you are full of positive energy.... You feel clam with bravery.... You feel peaceful... you feel love... you feel so much of love... you feel the love is protecting you.... It gives you energy... bravery... faith... health...and..... hopes....
14. Now... you don't scare any more, you don't feel stressful anymore, you feel so light... so peaceful... so beautiful... with so great power.... the power of love.
15. If you want, you can stay here for a while... to feel it.... To remember the good feeling.... So relax... so peaceful..... so beautiful....full of love.
16. Now.... we are going back to the reality. Listen to my voice (or your own voice)... I will court from 5 to 1....
17. 5... holding all the power in your body, hold them in your heart... to keep it.... This power will help you to fight with all difficulties..... 4.... You are going to awake... 3... your mind is getting clear.... 2..... you are ready to open your eyes... 1.... Open your eyes.
