Good start but you need to work on the tempo, it's a bit all over the place at the moment and it really needs to flow (rubata = ebb and flow) a bit more smoothly.
Also I found that arpeggiating the chords on the right hand makes it sound a bit nicer, especially in the second verse.
Touch is also very important on this song, I'm not sure you can really learn that on a synth, an accoustic piano will give you a lot more feedback to learn from.
