In Manchester, England, at the 9th FINA Worlding Swimming Championship, American Ryan Lochte came to test his abilites against the field before the Bejing Olympics. Though four gold medals and three world records seems to show he is doing much better than just testing. His newest record is in the Men's 100 meter Individual Medley, with a time 51.25 seconds.
