@Xlemto He's wearing the blazer under the leather jacket. You can clearly see in under the leather jacket during the first part of the video. Then at some point in Central Perk he takes off the leather jacket. You can see it thrown over the arm of the sofa when he is talking to Chandler about striking out. He then obviously put the learher jacket back on when he left the coffee house with that woman, which is why he is wearing it when they arrive at his apartment. Nothing weird there.
