I know a lot of people seem to want Gabriel's hair on Harvey, but that's just it. It would be Gabriel's hair and if Harvey were to have a hairstyle like that it would really detract from the character. Harvey's hair is just as important as his suits etc. All of these little quirks and such add up to really identifying him as a dynamic-whole person/character.
