AT Power direct to head Ford Duratec Throttle Bodies. Ran on a modified duratec 2.0 engine at Scholar Race Engines to compare to other systems available. The graphs show our straight 42mm system making 268bhp, and the tapered system with 50mm trumpets making 271bhp. The 45mm conventional throttle bodies made 263bhp.

Sorry I didn't get any high load video, I was busy watching the screens.

  • hi i am thinking of changing to your dierct to head throttle bodies on my ztec(silver top) which is currently running on webber alpha throttle bodies and ecu,

could i use my existing ecu, injectors, etc with your throttle bodies?

  • @pew32

Yes you can, although you will need to find someone who can reprogramme the Webcon ECU.

  • Would you mind explaining how this works, since wouldnt you need an air filter on that to stop all the dust etc getting in the engine?

  • @haxor98

We always recommend using an airfilter, or airbox with filter on the inlet. Filters are not always fitted when using an engine dyno. Examples of how filters are fitted to our throttles can be found on our online website or shop atpowershop.co.uk

    Thanks.

  • @haxor98

We recommend using something like the ITG JC50/S/100 filter. Socks can restrict the power of the engine as the filter area isn't large enough, and they can disrupt the airflow into the ram pipes.

    Thanks,

    John

4 separeate pipercross socks are the preferred option [even though they go up in flames like a chistmas tree doused in hairspray if theres any flameback]

  • hello. I have question for itb-s, I have fiesta st150, and need some information about torque with itbs. will car be driveable daily, how much is torque with itbs and at wich rpms? thanks

  • @mwoodford87

Your car is a lump of shite, 1 why bother spending the money on a shitty zetec s you muggy chav, and secondly, you know nothingf about mapping do you? hahahhaa cunt

  • zetec s aint a fast car to do things to mate. get an ST. the 'fastest' fiesta

  • We dont' make kits for specific cars. We make kits that can be used in race cars, kit cars, and in track day cars. Modern cars are very difficult to change critical parts on. Someone like Jamsport would be your best bet as they will know how to get around the standard ECU and can supply AT Power throttle bodies.
