It's nice to be young and strong! This is a 10 foot pipe that weighs 52 lbs! Don't try this unless you've been training with the slosh pipe for a while. It's a lot harder than it looks. For some really cool tips, work outs of the day, excellent food ideas, and more, go to www.firefit.us

  • It is about 2/3rds full. It's important to leave some air space so the water can slosh back and forth.

It's good to have a scale when you make a slosh pipe. Can you borrow a friends? I recommend starting with an 8 foot pipe that weighs 40 lbs. Work your way up slowly. It's harder than it looks. Next go to a 9 foot pipe that weighs 45 lbs, then 10 foot, 50 lbs. Good luck!

  • Nice. Is that 3/4 full? I have no scale. Also, do you think there is a big difference between a 9 foot or a 10 foot slosh pipe of the same diameter filled the same? Have you compared? Just trying to get down the difficulty quotient of these things. Tnx
