@SuperNorthAmerica You're lucky then, I've broken several 2' breaker bars and countless sockets. This is a nice tool to have in your vw toolbox.

@SuperNorthAmerica All I ever needed was a 2-foot breaker bar and grunt a little. I broke the 1/2" socket end of the breaker bar once, lol!

it´s amazing what shit they invent. That´s not needed I just use a socket, a breaker bar and a long tube for leverage.

So, for the recommended 217 foot pounds (or more) for the rear axle nut, that means you give it about 25 foot pounds with this tool.
