Fish - "Kayleigh", followed by "Lavender" live at St Marys Haddington 23 October 2010.
From FishHeads weekend.. Great gig, and Fish was on top form,
it was fantastic to be there and see this great singer.
Did not manage to get Foss in as there was a big stone
pillar in the way lol.. Poor Foss :)

  • I doubt much money was made there, a church hall, maybe 2k...Two camera crews to pay and also this was a charity gig. the tickets were £17.50, which I thought was resonable. From what I saw everyone enjoyed the gig.

  • Some nice clear close ups, @2:14 being one of them, Frank (Usher) in action :).

  • the last poet.....

  • What a beautiful version of this masterpiece of a song. They rarely write music like that anymore.

  • come to brecon please!

  • Always wondered if he is right or wrong.

  • I really love the studio versions of this two songs,

but I never heard Fish singing this two songs so authentic before.

    Brilliant!

  • This gig was brilliant - as all Fish's live gigs are - he still has a fantastic voice! We always try to see & support him when he plays locally - yes, it's a church hall - with great acoustics! Tickets are great value - a great nights entertainment! Really looking forward to tomorrows gig at North Berwick's Fringe by the Sea event.

  • @AlanPCalloway You started when Fish was on a low and at the end with Marillion, I have followed him since 1984 when he was fresh and full of life, he has a spark that few others can match, Hogarth has not got that spark

  • Beautiful!!! BUT this video really really really makes me feel old. When I was a young student, Fish had hair, lots and lots of it.

Thanks for putting it here. I think I'll go look for one of those hair restoration specialists.
