I recommend two things:
Try to throw with your eyes closed or with something covering them.

So in regards to getting "guidance" from Hafsteinsson, are you receiving coaching from him through the internet? If so thats a pretty sweet gig man. I've been watching your progress since your first training compilation and its great to see your improvement. Keep working hard.

@NHThrower8 I am being consulted by Vesteinn Hafsteinsson through the internet and by traveling to his training camps throughout the world. Working with Coach V has been a game changer!
