King County, WA has just preemptively declared an emergency in anticipation of flooding along the Green River, caused by damage to the Howard Hanson Dam. This video uses "what if" mapping software called Depiction and publicly available data to look at what the results of such flooding could be. Learn more about Depiction at www.depiction.com.
The preparing for the possible flooding was revealed in the national news on 11/5. This matched the -3 to +3 day range of the 11/4 JDC Prediction "Pertaining to the fatness or strength of a hill. " that is posted on my primary blog.
