Great video. Couple of questions:
1: In the beginning you shove the component around in a liquid. Is this still the IPA?
2:Do you put extra flux around the part, or just tack/solder with the flux that is present in the solder?
3: what diameter solder are you using?

Applying the soldering iron directly to the chip termination? Are you crazy? That's a great way to kill a component.
