  • Full male choir is unique and stunning :]!

  • When I hear this type of sound, I think why does anybody need to fight over anything, If you allow yourself to be taken in by the peace of the music, you too can find peace within anything'

  • Stunning! I've never heard this done by a boy choir, it's really lovely.

  • @edwardtagg : in one word : dumbass. In more words : Boy choirs have a long going tradition you should, as a choir-singer, know. Besides : Händel composed for castrati. Now these parts are sometimes sung by Counter-tenors. Should we say that Counter-tenors should be forbidden, because sopranos could sing it the same way?

Man, mixing up music and some kind of stupid way to understand politics were NEVER a great idea.

  • @edwardtagg What the hell? You won't purchase it because it's a boychoir? You know that male sopranos and altos were around long before they added females into choirs. Besides, it's sounds the same when you listen to it. What would your reaction be if they had an all female SATB choir with equal skill to a mixed or male SATB choir?

  • @edwardtagg if you closed your eyes you wouldn't be able to hear the difference so why does it matter if it's a woman or a male?

  • I am English but I don't get this.... God created woman as well so where are the REAL sopranos - it just doesn't work!

And I have been singing in choirs for 4 years now, and I will never purchase choir music made by mysoginists...

Soprano just make it all happen... simple - and those little boys with priests is wrong no matter how you look at it..........

  • @Blueobi Adult male altos. 'Nuff said. :D Though I miss my days as a boy soprano. English boy choirs have a rather different sound than Americans. Much lighter. In this kind of setting, I have to say it's preferred.

  • I really love listening to this version. I sing in a professional choir and within the last year i have performed with this choir but now we are going to sing this and i love to see how people i know on the same level like to do it.

  • Our choir is singing this at a special Mass of thanksgiving in the Extraordinary Form tomorrow. Truely a great piece. I'm a fledgling composer myself, and hearing this piece enspires me.

  • how can" little kids" like this bring so much depth into this music. it's amazing.

also singing this. its so amazing.

  • 2 people don't know what true beauty sounds like. King's College Choir is one of my absolute favorites. their mass is simply beautiful. also, this is by far my favorite choral piece of all time. I can understand it not being a person's favorite, however, i cannot understand not enjoying it. it is phenomenally gorgeous, and this rendition is stunning. 3 minutes and 44 seconds of chills. seriously.
