I have Firefox...but I can't watch YouTube videos or listen to Imeem music until I download Adobe Flash Player...and it says I can't in Firefox until I close Firefox...help?

everytime i try to use mozilla it says * The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

definatley worth watching, but i do miss this simple favourites 'star' button which is just so simple and effective. thats what i need from my browser. does anyone know a bit about how to achieve that???
