OK...gotcha...I'm doing sets where I end up at 315 X 5 right now...knees bent parallel to the ground...how can I get beyond5 reps? I work hard in the gym...can u just recommend a regimen for me? just curious what you'd recommend...

why the hell do u wanna do 20 reps, thats muscle endurance not strength/power..

I am inspired...I've really never seen better form...I've read everyone's comments, so I'm not gonna go on; but I want to ask you: what's the best advice for someone like me who's trying to hit 315 x20? How many sets per week? I'm only doing 285 X 6 now...I'm 6'2, 230.

Seriously man, your squat technique is perfect...I am training myself to squat just like that haha, good job man, keep up the good work
you've got better form than 90% of the people ive seen do workout videos. Your a machine with those reps.

Nothing drastic, but I've made steady progress. I hit 525 raw, paused, off a parallel box recently, and tripled 480 easily (much much easier than the triple at 475 you see in this video) about 2 weeks ago. In the coming weeks I'll be going for a triple at 490.
