  • kai, looks great, but is "teriyaki" simply sweetened (or modified) soy sauce??

  • @tcurtiswag i believe you can simply add a little bit of water to regular cornstarch to turn it into liquid cornstarch.

  • itkman your a genious of cooking i think im going to hire you full time to cook for me LOL i love your vids RESPECT

  • i have shaoxing cooking wine instead, that ok?

  • @controversiaster You can make shoe leather tender by boiling it too IF you boil it long enough...the best way to get ribs tender and more flavorful is to bake them for several hours on a low temperature covered with aluminum foil.

  • @markpianoman You clearly don't know how to cook. A billion of chinese tender their meat that way for years, they can't be wrong. Durrr.

  • @ohdearyorded you could also bake them....

  • Yes it rice cooking wine or vinegar ? ?

  • boiling those ribs sure doesn't make them tender!

  • Yummy, wow I could eat my screen right about now LOL :-) I bet I could make this, I will try && let you know how I do.. I like the words you use at the end of all the meals "ENJOY"
