Then build your own. It's fun, and you will get a great sense of personal satisfaction.

You're absolutely right.
With better economy I'd do it right away.

I've been watching all your Porshe and all your Mini Morris videos in one day. My head is spinning with numbers. :)

Would it be physically possible to build an electrical motorcycle with the same range? Or would it be too big and dangerous to drive? A Honda Goldwing maybe?

And how much can be saved with regenerative brakes? Best case 70% and worst case 20%?

There are many excellent electric motorcycles out there, probably more of them than cars at this point. It would be difficult to do that kind of range on a Goldwing I would think. But it's possible.

Regenerative brakes? Best case 15%. Worst case 7%. Never quite what is advertised, but worthwhile nonetheless.

Congratulations Jack... Great job.
Maybe, one day hi convert one... not a Porsche or a Mini, a more affordable one.
Hi live in Portugal, and in here, there isn´t much conversions of electric cars.
Keep going, on the Mini conversion, and don`t forget to post the videos.

Excellent Jack! Maybe this will get people turned on. An economy of scale will certainly develop with those batteries making the whole thing even cheaper. Great job! - David
