  • The jump is the finishing off of the 2nd pull hip extention.

    I will fuly agree that my form is not the best "then" as this video was a while ago.

    The "jump" as you refer it, has deminished greatly since this video was made.

  • why do you jump? never seen it like that

  • why is there a delay between your first and second pull it should be one straight motion.
