i have a twisted fury pearl, and a maxxx zone, and also the c system 3.5 and let me tell you all balls are drilled different and ALL do exactly the same for me! for a time i thought it was me but then bought the motiv cruel and darn it hooks a lot with the same effort and layout that the c system, then i tried the invasion storm and a little more strong than the cruel. i have to say this sadly, brunswick wont work for you unless you are a stroker like walter ray. it simply wont help you on hook.

I thow the same shot with my twisted fury.

Hook potential depends on the bowler, not the ball. Most people fall short of the ball's actual rating (which is based off a cranker throwing high revs).

The problem isnt the ball, its the bowler
I hate it when people say this ball does not hook much. This ball can hook alot on the right conditions. The core/cover combo allow bowlers to play closer to friction, which means you are further right than most, but I still move left because of the drill on mine

Non reactive balls = Plastic = no hook potential (unless there are no oil on the lanes)
Reactive Balls = Non Plastic = Creates friction which causes the ball to hook. Also, there are different assortment of reactive balls depending the material the ball is covered with and the shape of the core inside.
