Wow, I actually attained the 1st jhana listening to this (instead of just thru meditation) and now know with confidence what she means by a "home for the mind". How exciting to know it is there all of the time! Gassho!

I know that I have achieved where she was talking about and I am extremely glad that it is confirmed to me by her talk.
I hope that every new meditator will get there soon, before they will get discouraged.
