Give certain succulent plants slightly more heat and sun (or cold) and less water and rich soil than they really want, and they turn brilliant shades of orange, red and yellow. Award-winning garden photojournalist Debra Lee Baldwin, author of "Designing with Succulents" and "Succulent Container Gardens", gives before-and-after examples.
