  • Now what amazes me is in this age of great science and understanding people stil thinking our planet and all the life on it is a mere 5800 years old!

Fuk,you don`t have to understand carbon dating,or radiation decay to observe the Grand Canyon and it`s rate of erosion. If your a creationist, wake up your livin in religious la la land.

lets be realistic here folks, when they built that ark, what, they just ran out of wood for the dinosuar one, they just got a shity deal or wat = )Wake UP Sheoples!

  • And if you're all about science, then you think the earth was formed, how A big bang?Is that really much more logical than intelligent design? Either way are we not all entitled to have our own beliefs. Just because you dont agree doesnt mean we're wrong or stupid for thinking what we do. After all what if I am right and you're wrong? If I am right I go to heaven while you suffer in hell for eternity. If you're right neither one of us is worse off then the other. So why not be on the safe side?

  • I am not questioning the validity of God, but rather the validity of this story.

First, there is no specific information cited. Several Christian websites that have posted the story even say "source unknown." USC has denied the story numerous times. There are accounts of similar stories involving a flask and a chemistry class dating back 50 years ago. This video should get you thinking, thinking about whether or not you believe everything you see and hear.

  • Whether or not the story is 100% true will never be known for sure, but the purpose is to get you thinking about how great God is and how, if you are a Christian, you should not be ashamed of standing up for Him, even if everyone is against you, because if you stand for God, He will stand for you (like when He kept the chalk from breaking for the one who stood in this story) Maybe you should be thinking about how valid God really is in your heart, if you have a problem with this video

  • this just shows how god is he can do anything!

  • My brother was in his class fifteen years ago at USC, it wasn't the class when the chalk didn't break but this is definitely NOT a rumor. Many of his friends from school have told me this story also, when my brother found out that the chalk didn't break, the teacher retired.

  • Respond to this video... about when you said " he sins more than any human by inaction" he doesnt

  • I hate the Christians who buy-into their fantasy-land of fire-and-pointy-things. All humanity DOES go to hell---it's not what you think it is. It's not 'a happy place' either--of course--but it's NOT eternal. The only thing eternal about is the doom of those who stay there.

  • I don't know if the story is real, but I've had a very similar experience. In the truth of the matter it would appear - if this story is real. That the hand of God came down and changed the course of the chalk, however one can simply brush this story with the tassels of "coincidence" just as one can use the "hand of God". Leaving both at a stand still, I know what I believe anyhow. Just like you, we, all wanted... I'll pass this on...

  • Last thing... Look at what he can do to us in this short life.

Personally, I'm not too anxious to see what he can do to us in eternity, if he is out there.

I don't believe in God, and I don't believe in life after death. I also don't claim to know anything about our origins, though I find the universe's existence being eternal or somehow cyclical (big bang/related theories) more believable than a giant genie that can do anything he wants.

  • No one needs him to prevent a piece of chalk breaking or to convince a few hundred/thousand he exists.

Church&mass is so ritualistic it's pretty weird to think it still exists among modern society. Even if God did exist, it would be in a way that is utterly incomprehensible by humans. So how can anyone claim he cares about us? The Bible has been edited thruhistory so bad,&its still more far-fetched than any fiction novel. And what makes it better than any other religious book?

  • Once in twenty years the chalk didn't break, proof!

This video has nothing to do with the goodness of humanity going down the drain, nor does God. I consider myself an honest person with morals. I don't need religion for that. Crazy how despite belief going down, life expectancy is going up. How really good (or completely innocent) people can be stricken by horrors.

Even if God does exist, who wants him? He sins more than any human by inaction.

  • people say this video is stupid but it is NOT stupid! it is definitely encouraging people to go on the path of righteousness. righteousness and love. this video is trying to make think but not only think.. but to make you act upon these thoughts.. to maybe do something for the world. to give you a chance to make the world a better place. is that so very dumb and stupid to you? if so then you are as ignorant as you think we are.

  • but the thing is even if you think God is real or not that shouldn't matter to you.. I've realized this a little while ago. whether God is real or not.. whether Jesus is real or not.. his words ARE real. whether made by him or not. his words promote goodness, and righteousness. if people were to adopt his words then maybe this world wouldn't be going to hell.. maybe this world wouldn't be hell..

  • hmm come on people.. God is real.. I've felt him.. I have definitely heard all of the scientific theories and such but I still believe in God.. in Jesus.. Anyone can think of ways the universe was created but in the end the only things that matter to you are the things you've felt and the things you've seen. People in this world are at war with each other mentally. they love to criticize each other and make each other lose their faith and ideas, it makes them feel dominant and right
