For those who have read the book and have had difficulty stopping try to get hold of the DVD version of the book (the clip above is from the DVD). It's under an hour long and is just as effective as the book. Great to have as a refresher or if you ever have a relapse during a drunken stupid moment. You should read the book at least once first though as it goes into a lot more detail.

I thought the book was utter rubbish. I've stopped now but years after reading the book. Little monster indeed....sheesh
