Kent Air Ambulance helicopter G-KAAT taking off from Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel.
Thank you to Greg Ashley-Buck for sending this into the charity, that relies almost entirely on the generosity of the public to keep our life-saving helicopter flying.

  • Hi ChazzerT

We have been doing some digging and there are many possibilities: Unless London HEMS are already out attending an incident the helicopter could move base to any of the airfields or helipads in their area while other Air Ambulances are bringing in sick and injured patients for specialist care at the Royal London Hospital Major Trauma Centre.

I hope this answers your question.
