  • I so admire the way you live, I have always fantasized about living in the "old days" but am afraid that I am too deep into the electric world. I just found you today, and I am seriously in LOVE with your lifestyle! May God continually bless your family! In HIS love,

  • @Sugamama02161986 Thank you so much for watching our channel and takin gime to leave a comment. God's blessings to you! The Winans

  • This is so great to see. My husband and I bought 13 acres and are starting a small farm. We will be totally off grid. We are going all organic and I have always cooked. I have watched this several times and dream of my place. You have inspired me. God Bless you and your family.

  • @DaughterofYesu Thank you for kind words that "we have inspired you". You have no idea how encouraging to us that is! Congrats on your land! That is so wonderful! God bless! The Winans

  • Your kitchen is a dream kitchen for many of us who dream of going back to the self sufficient lifestyle and for those who love the beauty of the old and the history. I would love to have a kitchen like this or even smaller with less. I can dream and will save your video to watch often. Thank you!

  • @shirleykendrick1951 Thank you so much for your comment! I would have responded sooner but we have a bug going on with youtube and our emails with not notifying us of all comments. Thank you again for watching and taking time to comment! Blessings: The Winans

  • @diddybotstubby I'm going to send you a PM on your youtube. I need more characters than the comment response lets me have :)

  • Wow what a blessing! Thank you so much for showing all of us your home. You said you have a horse. Do you use it for travel or just for fun? I also have 3 horses that function in different ways. 1 work the ground 2 travel 3 just plain old pleasure. You said you have 1 arc, so on that arc are you able to grow all your veggies for the year. I’m wondering cuz we are looking for land and our big quotation now is how many Acers. Blessings and the Joy of our Lord be with you. ;)

  • @azromper Thank you! Blessings: The Winans Family

  • simple beauty. love it.

  • @Caelidh Yes you do have to be careful but you have to be careful even with electricity. We don't use table lamps on something that would be easy to tip over or areas that the lamps might get hit by an arm or animal. With children, we use a lot of wall lamps for safety. We don't go to sleep with the lamps lit. We just try to stay observant of what's going on around and if something maybe a risk. I think life in general requires a lot of obsersavtion for saftey it just becomes second nature.
