I forgot what the map was called but I have played it before.

The map is actually one single room that's scripted to change color and wrap around itself whenever you enter a door. If you try to noclip out of it, you'll either hit an area that teleports you to the other side (into a "different" room) or you may actually get out and see the room from the outside.

The exit is actually just a dark, blank concrete room unless you get to it properly, which I've never bothered with.
