Minecraft Mods - Mayhem Winter Mode

This is the new update to the advanced winter mode mod! This can be set up by modifying the config file for advanced winter mode! Basically, this makes the snow accumulate extremely fast, and increases the max accumulation height up to 5 blocks! Which makes a mess of everything really! hehehehe :D

Does this mod make it snow all the time? or does it just add this mode into the normal weather cycle and the snow just happens randomnly like rain does.
