Me offically installing Windows 7.
And the reason I needed a hard drive was because I was running Vista Home Premium, from which Windows 7 needs a clean install to install properly and only recently (like a few months ago) did i realize you don't actually need to backup your computer. Turns out that all of your documents (music, pics, word files, etc..) are actually saved in a special folder. To find it open "My Computer" then click "OS" then open a folder named "Windows.old" browse around the folders and there are all your documents.
If your interested in this OS (Operating System) then click on this link to find out if you can either upgrade (way easier) or do what I had to do. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1b544e90-7659-4bd9-9...

You can actually upgrade from vista to win 7, but a clean fresh install is always nice :D
