  • simple blown motor bad oil pump

  • its just cold

  • is it a auto or a 5 speed

  • They go watch something else instead of wasting you time posting something retarded like that1

  • dude your video suucks!

  • i have a 86 mustang and the idle takes a while to go down to

  • I.A.C is bad its sticking, get a new one or take it off and clean out the carbon buildup

  • idle control sensor!

  • '86 has EFI.

if you havent figured it out yet, check your IAT and ECT. also if your heater core is clogged/blocked, this can cause the ECT to read temps lower than it should, causing a higher idle (don't ask how i know)

also vac leaks and TPS should be checked.

  • 86 didnt have a choke. And you either need to clean or replace your IAC valve(idle air control)and gasket. They get carboned up over time and cause it to stick.86 was the first year for fuel injection.
