Rape and sexual abuse has less to do with sexual urges than it does with power and control. That's a fact. Castration might help in some cases, but that isn't the place for the government to decide. Jail is not an option, as far as I am concerned, because there are too many people in prison already. I like the idea of isolation or banishment. There are lots of places in this world that are inhospitable for normal people to live together. Let's send these guys there!

Yes, I agree. The word paraphilia makes all the sense in the world in this respect.
I consider homosexuality an abnormality. Note that I am a homosexual, and that I do not see abnormality as wrong unless the abnormality causes direct reduction of another individuals "free will". Abnormal simple means "not the normality".
