Guild Wars - New spell effect: Ghosts of Ascalon?

New spell effect on the test server, looks like some Ghosts of Ascalon content might make an appearance ingame.

If you can't see it, the spell effect looks like a ghost flying up in the air and then bursting into crystal shards.

@TheTantrum It's the highest ID for any spell effect, so it was actually newly added.

@RolinTW Actually it was /ugv 17 2073, which displays the spell animation (effect type 17) with ID 2073 on my character.
