Oh BTW by "dismantling and discarding" I am not suggesting either violence or a Representative Democracy without Opposition, I am merely demanding that true Republicans and Conservatives out there distance themselves from further weakening of the very elements that protect Americans from waking up in a Fascist State.

Ox: in the "history books" that I read, Nazi is not spelled with a "t." Overriding a decisions made by Congress with a " Presidential signing statement" is the kind of behavior you would expect from a National Socialist Dictator not a Representative democracy. Your defense of Executive Power over Democratic decision making, tells me that might be much more comfortable in North Korea than I would.
