Sure! the chords in order are G, D, Em, C, and back to G. At the bride (Wasn't looking for something that was more...) The chords are Em, D, G, C, Em, D, C. If you want it to sound like the record, make sure to keep your pinky on the high E and B strings on the 3rd fret while fingering the chords throughout the song. Hope that's not too confusing!
