Malaysian Airlines: Cabin Crew Fantastic, very understanding for those with families. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars on long haul.

@thamesking I suggest that you go Business Class as then you get better view.

Anybody know how is the space inside economy class? We are flying from South Africa to New Zealand in December! Have flew with Emirates before and they were great! Our first time ever on Malaysia Airline.

@2Gloryb - Hi; I've flown with Malaysia Airlines many times and find the space OK even though I'm over 6 feet tall (1.86m). There's usually space to stretch your legs under the seat in front. I wouldn't say it's always comfortable but it's bearable for a 12 hour flight. Also cabin service is excellent. My next flight to Australia in November will be with Emirates on an A380 which I am looking forward to. I'll be able to compare the two airlines and hopefully post a video!

I was in seat 45A - see the information I wrote on the right of the screen next to the video! I always try to get slightly behind the wing so I can get a good view of it while still being able to see the ground.

Did you mean things like an eye mask, socks and toothpaste? Unfortunately Malaysia Airlines don't seem to do that any more. Singapore still do, and I've got two unopened ones in my drawer at home. Very nice to get them but it seems an unnecessary expense to give them out to all the passengers on every flight.
